The most popular avenue is our 24/7 weather briefing line in which Storm Alert subscribers can call in for up to the minute weather information and can even get some helpful advice to support their daily operations.
Most recently, we have teamed up with the company LiveChat to provide a new avenue for both customers and visitors to reach a live representative on our Certified Snowfall Totals® website. You may even recognize some of the familiar names or faces from talking to us before or seeing us out at a trade show! Outside of office hours, there is the option to ask us a question regarding our products and we’ll be sure to get back to you by the next business day.
Moving forward, this new chat feature will migrate to our company home page to provide online support on all of our platforms.
